( AST/GOT)
هو احد انزيمات الكبد
ومستواة الطبيعى يصل الى mg/l41
ترتفع نسبتة نتيجة تليف الكبد وفي حالات ضمور العضلات والتهابها
Procedure :
1- prepare3test tubes mark one as test tube , the other is standard tube and blank tube.
2- put 100 µ Reagent 1 (R1) in each tube
3- then put 20 µ standard reagent in standard tube
4- put 20 µ distel water in blank tube
5- put 20 µ serum in test tube
6- icubate 3 tubes in water path for 30 min
7- add 100 µ Reagent 2 (R2) in each tube then stand in room temperature for 20 min
8- add 1 ml NaOH in each tube stand in room temperature for 5 min
9- measure at 540 wave length
Calculation :
[ reading test / reading standard ] x standard concentraticn = .............mg/dl
